We're working on the next excuse to carry a griddle up a mountain. The time, trail, and meeting spot will be posted here when they're set.

IT STARTED
WITH A BAD
BUSINESS IDEA.

We thought we could hike Timp and sell pancakes at a premium, pulling in a fortune. Maybe we could have. Pancakes on mountains sounded so fun, and who wouldn't love a little extra cash in the piggy bank? Except, the more we thought about it, the less it seemed like a good idea. Would it be worth it? Did we really want to hike places just to rip people off?

We didn't. We still wanted to make pancakes on mountains, so we figured we'd do it once or twice just for fun. The flicks were tough. The griddle kept us warm. People were smiling. “Maybe just one more hike,” we thought.

At our next hike, 50 people we didn't know pulled up, and we realized this might be something bigger than we'd anticipated. We're excited to hand you a pancake on the next hike.

We're building ways to help through merch, contributions, and partnerships. The goal is simple: more people outside, together.

THE PANCAKE BOYS ORIGIN STORY

LET ME TELL
YOU A STORY.

Conor and I hiked Timpanogos a year ago. Over a thousand people were up there, freezing their butts off, clinging to each other for warmth, and starving.

A year later, on Gobblers Knob, we thought we'd stumbled on a genius business idea. Pack up hoodies. Sell pancakes for $5 each. “This is genius.”

But the logistics didn't really work. How would people pay us at the top of a mountain? And did we want to hike 7.5 miles every weekend to go rip people off?

We ditched the idea, but not entirely. Pancake mix isn't that expensive, and pancakes at the top of Timp sounded fun. We got a group together, made custom aprons, did a photo shoot, and went for it.

The turnout was so good, we did another hike. After Squaw Peak, our system was dialed. A reel for the next hike got almost 30,000 views and over 650 shares. Fifty people we didn't even know showed up for pancakes at Stewart Falls.

That's when we realized this could be bigger than casual pancakes on mountains. We want to keep hiking, bring as many people as we can, and make tons of pancakes. It brings us joy.

KEEP THE PANCAKES COMING

LET'S MAKE
MORE OF THIS.

Supplies, filming, and an extra pair of hands all help us bring more people together.

We're getting merch, contributions, and partnerships ready. Until then, bringing a friend to a hike is a pretty great place to start.
